Ingredients
  

  • ½ Large Onion
  • tsp Butter
  • 4 cups Cooked Chicken chopped
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup 10 oz
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese divided
  • 1 can Biscuits

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350”F. Grease the bottom and sides of a 11X7 inch baking dish. 
  • Chop the onion. Heat the butter in a small nonstick skillet over medium heat and melt. Stir in the onions. Saute’ until tender. 
  • Combine onion, chicken soup, sour cream, milk and ½ the cheese in a medium bowl and mix well. Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake for about 15 minutes.
  • At the same time cook Biscuits until slightly brown on a separate baking pan. 
  • The last  2-4 min. Remove the chicken mixture and biscuits and arrange the biscuits in a single layer over the chicken mixture. Top with cheese and return to the oven until all the cheese is melted. Serving immediately.
